| 1、Pipe Ends Upsetter |
PMC has two large scale upsetters imported from Japan, the annual production capacity reach 60,000 metric tons. The final products are in excellence performance with smooth and stable transition surface.

2、Pipe Heating Furnace |
PMC has two sets of walking beam heating furnaces and one set of solid bar heating furnace. The walking beam heating furnaces are utilized to further process drill pipes, casing and tubing pipes, while the solid bar heating furnace is utilized to heat treating drilling tools.

3、Solid Bar Heating Furnace |
Solid bar heating furnace is utilized to heat treating drilling tools solid bar and green pipes, which has heating capacity of OD Φ60mm~Φ340mm. All the final production of PMC are heat treated in total length with best material equality.

4、Trepanner |
PMC possesses four trepanners, three of them were made in China, and one was imported from overseas. Trepanning capacity range ID is Φ31.8mm ~Φ300mm.

5、Straightener
|
| PMC has the most advanced ten roller spiraling straightener and several other pressure straighteners, which are utilized to straighten drill pipes and drilling tools. |

6、Large Scale Turning Machine |
| PMC has six large scale turning machines in total, which are primarily used to fabricate integral HWDP, short drill pipes, spiral of drill collars and kellys. |

7、CNC Threading Machine |
| PMC has more than 30 sets of CNC threading machines, which are used to cut threads of drilling tools. The machining capacity range is ODΦ48.3mm ~ Φ508mm. |

8、Friction Welder |
PMChas four sets of friction welders in total, three of them are continuous driven welders which are made in Japan, and one of them is inertia friction welder which is made by MTI Co. of the USA. Those friction welders are utilized to process drill pipes and heavy weight drill pipes.
