PMC's drill collars are made of self-designed premium alloy steel bar and pipe materials, and heated by continuous gas furnace to meet the mechanical requirements in API Specs. Additionally, to meet customers' special order, we also provide PM80 product with impact power no less than 80 Joule, and PM110H product with impact power no less than 110 Joule. PMC utilizes double end trepanner to machine drill collars, which could provide collars with consistent even and balanced wall thickness.

All threads will be treated with phoscoating process to improve wearness and prevent galling. Copperize process is available upon customer requests.
