PMC has constructed drill pipe manufacturing facilities in China, Japan and the USA, annual production capacity are 150,000 pieces in total. Primary facilities includes tool joint production line, drill pipe body upsetters, full length heating furnace, friction welders, as well as physical and chemical test labs.

The green pipe and raw bar for Tool Joints are all imported from industry well-known steel mills in Japan or USA.  Friction welder, pipe end upsetter and gas furnance are all purchased from Japnese factories with outsanding industry achievements.
