PMC has constructed drill pipe manufacturing facilities in China, Japan and the USA, annual prouction volumes are 150,000 pieces in total. Primary facilities includes tool joint production line, drill pipe body/ends upsetters, total length pipe body heating treatment, friction welders, as well as physical and chemical test labs.

The green pipes and raw bar for Tools Joints are all imported from industry well-known steel mills in Japan. Friction welder, pipe end upsetter and gas furnance are all purchased from Japnese factories with outsanding industry achievements.
